The core objective of research was to analyse the impact of projects on its participants and on increasing the potential of institutions implementing transnational mobility. The staff mobilities promote transnational mobility in order to increase an international dimension of schools to make them more coherent with learners’ needs. The eligible applicants are institutions providing general, vocational, or technical education on any level from pre-school to upper secondary education. The national research covered mobility projects supported by the Erasmus+ Polish National Agency and submitted under the first call for proposals. The quantitative research was carried out using an on-line questionnaire addressed to mobility participants, other teachers, pupils and their parents (a total number of respondents exceeded 1700). The qualitative research was conducted by way of focus group interviews (a total of school 25 representatives) and analysis of case studies (good practices in mobility). The study was performed within a joint international project coordinated by five National Agencies from Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Germany and Poland.
